Daily oiling of all types of air tools are required by the manufacturerbut often ignored by the technician because of the cumbersome processesto find the oil and perform the procedure which leads to prematureequipment failure since shops do not have dedicated oil lines.
The adjustable oil nozzle of the Air Tool Oiler Dispenser allows techniciansto easily and conveniently oil their air tool each time it is retrievedfrom their tool box. This unique self centering, non-drip oil dispenserhead design allows the technician to easily push the air tool inletunder the dispenser head to oil the air tool or other item, such as boltthreads, etc., in one easy motion. The Air Tool Oiler Dispenser mounting bracket with its double face tape can be adjustedfor right-handed, left-handed or center mounting positions on your toolbox or wall. The 8 oz. translucent shatter resistant oil reservoir madefrom Polyethylene easily locks to the dispenser head allowing thereservoir to be removed so additional oil can be added. The adjustmentknob on the top of the dispenser head can adjust the oil flow .05 cc orapproximately one drop per 1/4 turn, up to about four drops, so eachair tool can receive the exact amount of oil required.Air Tool Oiler Dispenser works with all models of air hammers, air sanders, airratchets and air ratchet heads, etc. (Note: Mounting screws are notincluded.)
