Description
The OXO SoftWorks V-Blade Mandoline is a safe, versatile food slicer. Four interchangeable blades combine with a simple height adjuster to make straight slices, crinkle cuts, French fries and julienne strips, all in a variety of thicknesses. The blades store on board and remove easily for quick cleaning by hand. A textured surface keeps food from sticking during slicing while the included food holder protects fingers. The handle, thickness selector and Mandoline feet are all non-slip for a safe, comfortable slicing experience. When you’re finished, clean the Mandoline body in the dishwasher, then fold the feet in and lock the selector knob for safe, compact storage.
