This Tweco 1110-1101 Fabricator 11-30 MIG Gun Contact Tip connects easily – just twist it a quarter turn clockwise and it locks in place with no threads to worry about. It has increased surface contact between contact tip/diffuser for better electrical conductivity. When the tip wear point is reached after use, just twist it half turn counter-clockwise to expose a new wear point, doubling the life of the tip. Its thick-walled diffuser design acts as “heat sink” and conducts heat away from the arc source.
